Andrew Kratz, President
Andrew is the president and founder of Workbettr, Social Edge Consulting, and Avalaunch. His professional career has focused on solving business challenges with technology. Prior to this, Andrew spent five years at McGraw-Hill managing their corporate systems team. He also has 12 years of experience in Wealth Management IT at Merrill Lynch. His formal education consists of a BS in Computer Science from the College of New Jersey and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University.
Monica Fahrer, Vice President, Operations
Monica leads the operations team to ensure the business runs smoothly - from HR and legal to tool and vendor selection. Before Social Edge, Monica spent 13 years with Merrill Lynch in Asset Management and Private Client. She is a proud graduate of Rutgers University with a Mathematics major and Philosophy minor. She received her MBA from the Graduate School of Management at Rutgers University.

Brooks is a business development lead and social business strategist passionate about making organizations smarter and more nimble through social collaboration software. Brooks launched a social business platform from scratch at BlackRock, the largest asset management firm in the world, and helped build it into a thriving online community for 10,000+ employees.
Xena Lappin, Vice President, Business Development and Customer Success, EMEA
Xena has worked in the enterprise social space with multiple small, medium and large enterprise companies as business sponsor, practitioner, and business adoption & strategy consultant. She is passionate about driving business excellence and challenging the status quo. She strongly believes that companies succeed when they enable their employees and customers to collaborate and work better together.
John Reynolds, Vice President, Technology
John has served in many Information Technology roles for nearly 20 years, including Application Development, Quality Assurance, Systems Integration, Sales Engineering, Project Technical Leadership, and Research & Development. Since 2010, John has focused on enterprise communities, developing applications on the leading software platforms for both internal interactive intranets and external customer communities.
